Pune: While the case of 40-year-old Mithali Acharya committing suicide due to sexual harassment and mental torture in Ruby Hall Clinic, another case of female sexual abuse has come to light. This has created a sensation in the Ruby Hall Clinic and the medical field. The complaint states that the HR department manager and the technician demanded physical pleasure from the woman and threatened to fire her if she did not provide it. A case has been registered in Koregaon Park Police Station in this regard. (Pune Crime)

The names of those who have been booked are Ruby Hall Hospital Technician Balkrishna Shinde (Rest. Bibvewadi) and HR Manager Prabhakar Srivastava. A 45-year-old victim has lodged a complaint in this matter. The victim woman is residing in Dapodi area. She works in Euro Department of Ruby Hospital. All this happened between 21 April 2023 and the last week of April.

According to the police, the victim was working in Euro department. At that time, Shinde looked at her at this place and made obscene gestures and hit her in the eye. She said, ‘Have sex with me. Otherwise, I won’t let you stay at the hospital.’ Saying this, he also molested her. In this regard, the victim lodged a complaint with the hospital administration. An inquiry into the matter was underway by the HR department. HR Manager Prabhakar Srivastava ignored her complaint. She said, ‘You are lying. I know everything about the scars on your left hand and body.’ It has been mentioned in the complaint that she was also molested by saying this. Further investigation is being conducted by the female police sub-inspector Ingole.
